Your six year old comes into the kitchen while your making breakfast, listening to MSNBC on your tiny kitchen 'telly and says, "Are they saying anything about Mike Huckabee?" I dropped my spoon and just stared at her, mouth open..."What did you just say?!?!" So, then I had to hug her and tell her I was sorry, I didn't realize I talked about and listened to so much politics. Then she asked why I liked him so much...the main point she liked was that he is from Arkansas and that he's competing to be the "boss" of America. I think super Tuesday is going to be a national holiday around this house :) It has been a much calmer, rather productive day. Her daddy took the day off so she left me early :( She needed it though...his non-stop attention for her along with their non-stop playing. I fear I'm much too boring. I think my laundry pile might actually dwindle down enough that it doesn't touch the ceiling today! WOO HOO!!!! My nemesis!!!!!!! My dog has something stuck in her throat and all day has been hacking and coughing (how do you perform the heimlich on a dog?)...I feel so bad for her, and a little grossed out. Here's some pictures from the day. MJ played with tadpole while I made breakfast. She said, "Momma, get the camera and take a picture of me with this bald thing."This is the painting I bought over the weekend at the starving artists fair, now hanging above the tv. MJ picked it out and I just love it. I want to pull one of the bright colors from it when we get b
rave enough to paint the living room. H
ere's a shot MJ took of me and the mangy mutt.
